Trelleborg Cyber Recruitment was founded by Christopher Ford, a cyber security professional with years of experience working inside the industry as a Lead Cyber and Information Security Consultant.
Before moving into recruitment, Christopher spent his career in senior security roles across regulated environments including financial services, enterprise organisations and technology companies. He has led SOC maturity programmes, delivered Secure by Design consulting, managed MSSP relationships and worked across ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials and broader GRC frameworks. That experience means he has sat on the same side of the table as the hiring managers he now recruits for.
